Delivery Information
We ship to Canada and USA only. Canadian orders are fulfilled and delivered normally between 3 to 9 business days via Ground delivery, unless otherwise requested.

We also offer our Winnipeg customers a free curbside pick-up option during store hours. Please select this option at checkout if it applies to you.
Please note that we are not responsible for missing packages where address information has been incorrectly entered through the ordering process, for packages damaged in transport or for package returned to us.
Shipping timelines are as follows:
Canada: 3 - 9 business days
USA: 7 - 15 days

Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final. There will be no returns, exchanges or refunds.
**Due to hygiene reasons, there will strictly be no returns, exchanges or refunds on all products.
All goods will undergo additional steps of quality control before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us at sholethc@gmail.com and we will be happy to replace it for you at no extra cost upon review.
